Test Engineering Team Leader Oxfordshire - 30-40k plus excellent benefits
Our client requires a team leader to work in the test engineering department to manage the testing of cross-platform enterprise level software.
Your main duties will be to manage, deploy and develop test resources, and leading groups of test engineers to ensure the delivery of high quality software solutions on time and to specification. You`ll be working closely with software engineering and product management to identify testing requirements and with project management to ensure delivery to agreed time scales.Must have: Excellent test engineering skills, familiarity with the product development lifecycle and experience managing system tests, familiarity with testing tools and approaches and process implementation and development. You must have previous team leader experience with the hands on experience of: Leadership and the ability to motivate others, familiarity with project planning and management and the ability to resolve conflicts.
